Terms & conditions apply. This offer is only available to clients who place their initial deposit after 3 March 2026 and sign their Tender within 7 days from the first presentation. If the Tender is not accepted in that time, the offers will lapse and may no longer be available. Only one of the $40k discount or the Premium Upgrades can be applied, not both. The RRP dollar value of the Premium Upgrade is indicative only. If the full RRP dollar value quoted for the package is not used, it will not be available as a discount off the price of the home or redeemable for cash. If the $40k discount is applied, the standard ceiling height of the home will be 2590mm in lieu of 2740mm. A binding agreement exists only once the Building Contract has been signed by both parties and inclusions, design and costs is governed by that Contract.
