Terms and Conditions. This ‘Referral Offer’ promotion is only available to the person named as the “Referee” above. Only one referral payment will be paid per new HIA Building Contract submitted as a result the referral provided. This offer is only available for Greenfield, KDR and/or House and Land contracts with Wisdom. The $500 payment is not open to substitution or change. The amount of $500 is the total amount payable by Wisdom Properties Group (Wisdom), inclusive of GST to the Referee and/or the Referral Customer. The amount of $500 is inclusive of all taxes and other expenses and is the total amount payable by Wisdom for every valid and accepted referral. The $500 amount will be payable only if this completed form is presented to Wisdom prior to Referral Customer being presented with a Tender, otherwise any referral is null and void. Once the Referral Customer’s Home Building Contract has been signed and deposit has been received in full, payment will be made to the Referee’s bank within 30 days. For the Referral Customer, the $500 will be taken off the Contract Price. Wisdom accepts no responsibility or liability over the use of the payment or any non-delivery by your banking institution.
