Put an afternoon aside to meander through some or all of our spectacular Display Homes, ideally in the company of one of our expert consultants. This is the best way to experience how colours, finishes, fixtures, innovations and features function.

Make a checklist around the luxury level you are seeking.  A suggested starting point for this may be:

• Kitchen and bathroom finishes – benchtops, tapware, appliances, cabinetry, tiling
• Flooring
• Lighting
• Electrical points
• Fittings and fit-outs
• External areas – landscaping features, swimming pools, structures, lighting, outdoor kitchen

Ideally, once you have signed your tender, the next step in the process is to select your brick colour in consultation with our suppliers Austral or PGH.  If possible, ask for a sample of your final choice.
