This Promotion applies to anyone who has paid an initial deposit for a Momentum or W Collection home with Wisdom after the 1st of April 2024 and continues until 11:59pm 31 May 2024, unless extended by Wisdom Homes in its absolute discretion (Promotion Period). The Promotion does not apply for Manor home designs. The Tender Extension fixes the Base House Package Price of the home to a total of 18 months, commencing upon payment of the initial deposit. In the event that construction work does not commence on or before the 18 month anniversary of the date in which the customer pays the initial deposit, then Wisdom may (at its sole discretion) increase the Base Home Package Price. The discount comprises: $40,000 discount for double storey dwellings or single storey Momentum design, or $20,000 discount for single storey W Collection design dwellings. In addition to the above discount, a further $10,000 discount will be applied if the Tender is accepted (and Tender Acceptance Fee is paid) during the first presentation. The discounts will be applied as a reduction off the base price for the dwelling on the Tender. To receive the discount, the new customer must: 1) place their initial deposit on or before 31 May 2024; 2) accept their Tender and pay the Tender Acceptance fee within 28 days of signing the Sales Advice; and 3) sign the Home Building Contract and pay required initial deposit within 21 days of accepting the Tender. If any of the above timeframes are not met, the discount will lapse and will no longer be available, with the discount to be removed from the Tender. All amounts quoted are inclusive of GST. The discount cannot be transferred or redeemed as a credit or refund. The free solar and air conditioning upgrade is limited to “W” Collection customers only.
The $87,000 of value is the maximum benefit available to a customer who purchases a double storey W Collection designed home and does not apply to all homes or designs. The amount is calculated as: $50,000 off the base price, plus free 6 month tender extender (valued at $12,000), plus free air conditioning (valued at up to $18,000) and free solar (valued at $7,000). This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of your Building Contract with Wisdom Homes. In the event of any inconsistency and/or uncertainty in the terms of the Promotion, the terms and conditions of the Building Contract will take precedence.
