Step 1
Submit an enquiry on our website or visit a Wisdom Display Centre to find your favourite home design and meet with a Wisdom Homes design consultant.
Step 2
Place a $500 holding deposit for a site inspection to assess if your property meets Wisdom’s knock-down rebuild criteria, credited back to you if the site is not inspected.
A $2,000 non-refundable deposit is required to lock in the current home price and promotional offers and prepare the paperwork, which is deducted from the contract value.
Step 3
Your New Home Tender is presented to you, this includes a siting and sketch of your new home, along with the inclusions you have requested.
Step 4
Now that you have signed your New Home Tender we can prepare your Building Contract for signing
Step 5
Internal and external colour selections are made at Wisdom’s Canvas Quarter Studio
Step 6
We submit your plans for approval, once construction approval is received you can arrange for the demolition of existing buildings on your site
Step 7
Construction begins! You will be introduced to your Construction Supervisor who will be managing your build and will provide you with regular updates throughout the construction process.
Step 8
The day is here. You will meet with your site supervisor to see your finished home and complete settlement at our office. We have an Aftercare program with a 90 day maintenance period which includes a 24 hour emergency hotline.
