Wisdom Homes is accredited to ISO 45001, a globally recognised standard that sets the benchmark for workplace health and safety management systems. It underscores our commitment to excellence, continuous improvement and dedication to our customers, employees and contractors.
ISO45001 certification has allowed Wisdom Homes to manage workplace health and safety in a systematic way that supports continual improvement and mitigating risk by:
- WHS Information Management System – a webform and app version used to capture and manage all aspects of workplace health and safety, including contractor management.
- Construction App – an online call up system that manages when contractors are on site and tracks each job in the construction process.
- Culture – a close working, consulting and collaborating team that recognises the importance of health and safety in all operations.
- High Risk Work – regular inspections of high risk work including scaffolding to mitigate these high consequence risks.
- Supervisors – Our Supervisors work closely with the WHS Team who provide ongoing training, knowledge and assistance where required to meet our WHS compliance standards on site.
- Hazards and Risks – programs and processes developed for capturing hazards, assessing the risks, controlling the risks and reviewing outcomes.
