These packages have designs and inclusions that have been selected by our team to bring you a beautifully designed home, however, you can sit with a sales consultant and discuss making this package your own by making floor plan changes or adding upgrades. A $2,000 initial deposit is required to start the process and secure your package. A 5% deposit is required to be paid when you sign building contracts.
Generally, a 5% deposit is paid on the land contract, however in some instances, a deposit of 10% may be required.
While you are waiting settlement of your land contract, we will prepare your home for approvals. Once you have settled on your land, we will proceed to move you to site start.
