A house & land package refers to home package designed to suit a particular block of land. House & land packages are split contract, meaning there are 2 contracts, one for the build and one for the land. Our house & land packages have been created in conjunction with some of our partner land developers. We have 2 types of packages: ‘fixed packages’ and ‘flexible Packages’.  A ‘flexible package’ means we can tailor a package to suit your design needs and apply any upgrades to your taste and budget. These packages have designs and inclusions that have been selected by our team to bring you a beautifully designed home, however, you can sit with a sales consultant and discuss making this package your own by making floor plan changes or adding upgrades. A ‘fixed’ house and land package is a fixed price, pre-selected home design and provides a peace of mind solution. Perfect for investors and first homes buyers.

What is a 'fixed' house and land package?

A fixed house and land package is a fixed price, pre-selected home design and provides a peace of mind solution. Perfect for investors and first homes buyers.

How much deposit do I need to purchase my house and land package?

A $2,000 initial deposit is required to start the process and secure your package. A 5% deposit is required to be paid when you sign building contracts.
Generally, a 5% deposit is paid on the land contract, however in some instances, a deposit of 10% may be required.

When does the construction of the home and land package commence?

While you are waiting settlement of your land contract, we will prepare your home for approvals. Once you have settled on your land, we will proceed to move you to site start.
