*Terms & Conditions apply: This offer is only available to customers who have not paid an initial deposit and/or requested a tender for their Wisdom home (New Customer) within the last twelve months. The discount comprises: $40,000 discount for double storey dwellings or $20,000 discount for single storey dwellings from the “W Collection” range, plus a further $10,000 discount if you accept your Tender and pay the Tender Acceptance Fee on the date of the first presentation. The discounts will be applied as a reduction off the base price for the dwelling on the Tender. In addition to the discount, all New Customers will receive a colourbond roof and air conditioning included within the base price for the dwelling. To receive the offer, the New Customer must: 1) place their initial deposit on or before 30 October 2023; 2) accept their Tender and pay the Tender Acceptance fee within 24 days of signing the Sales Advice; and 3) sign the Home Building Contract and pay required initial deposit within 21 days of accepting the Tender. If any of the above timeframes are not met, the offer will lapse and will no longer be available, with the discount to be removed from the Tender and added to the Contract Price.
